• Preparation of the agreement on real estate transfer (purchase, donation, exchange, share in a housing cooperative)

• Preparation of escrow agreements (with respect to both funds and documents) and holding in escrow itself

• Preparation of proposals for entry of ownership rights into the Cadastre of Real Estate

• Ensuring certified lawyer’s signatures on necessary legal documents

• Incorporation of comments proposed by contractual parties, all phone and email communication

• Participation of the lawyer in signing the contracts

• Communication with the relevant Cadastre office

• Legal check of real estate

With respect to legal services related to real estate transfers provided to real estate agencies, the fee is subject to a mutual agreement.

LEASE

(Rent of property, rental agreement, rent changes, rent termination)

Not sure how to prepare a rental agreement correctly? Do not you know what rights and obligation you have as a tenant or landlord?

Do you need to learn when a landlord has right to increase the rent or when to terminate the rental agreement? Alternatively, do you need to advise on sublease or the legal nature of Airbnb accommodation?

Price list

• Preparation or review of a rental agreement – CZK 3,000

• Preparation of a proposal of increasing/decreasing the rent – CZK 2,000

• Preparation of an eviction notice – CZK 1,500

• Other legal services related to lease transactions – based on the complexity of the case

DEPOSIT (of documents or funds)

How and when to pay the price for purchasing real estate?

Do not pay when signing the purchase agreement! One becomes an owner afterwards, by virtue of the cadastral office decision!

By providing an escrow account we ensure a protection of your funds when selling or purchasing real estate.

• Individual deposit of funds, incl. related activities – CZK 2,000 + 0.1% of the deposit.
